Three things we believe. They shape every plot we sell.
We have to live with what we sell
A company that also surveys and builds cannot sell land it would not build on, because it is often the one building on it next. Selling and building under one roof is not a convenience. It is a constraint we put on ourselves.
A buyer who verifies is a better buyer
The customer who runs their own search and brings their own lawyer is not difficult, they are the customer we want, because they will still trust the plot in ten years. We would rather earn that than rush a sale.

Two offices, and a head office that sits in one of the locations we sell, so you can walk in and walk the land the same morning. Saturday is our site inspection day.

We ask buyers to check the land. It would be strange if we did not expect you to check us too. Call the office, come to the head office, and confirm we are who this website says.

Since the Real Estate Agency Act 2020, anyone offering real estate agency services in Ghana must be licensed by the Real Estate Agency Council, which began operating in 2022. Licences can be suspended or revoked. Ask any seller for their licence details, including us.
