These terms govern your use of this website. They are not the agreement under which you buy land or engage our services, that is a separate written contract, signed by both of us, and nothing on this page limits what that contract says.

The pages describing our locations, plots and services are marketing information. They are an invitation to contact us, not an offer capable of acceptance, and no contract comes into existence because you read a page or send a message.

A sale only happens when terms are agreed in writing for a specific, identified plot and the agreement is signed. Until that point, availability, price and terms can change.

Photographs and videos on this website are for representative purposes only. They illustrate the type of land, work and construction we deal in, and are not necessarily images of a specific plot offered for sale. We will show you the actual plot on the ground before you buy.

This includes aerial footage, site photography, construction and interior images, equipment photography and product shots. Some of it is our own work and some is library material used to illustrate a type of land, a stage of construction or a class of machine.

Treat every image on this site as an illustration of what we do, never as a depiction of the specific plot, building or machine you are being quoted for. The plot you are buying is the plot we walk you across, identified by its site plan and its pillars on the ground, not by a photograph.

We do not publish prices on this site, by choice. Land prices in Greater Accra move, plots differ by size and by whether they are serviced, and a stale figure on a web page helps nobody.

Any price, plot size, dimension, payment plan or availability we give you is quoted per plot in writing, is valid only for the period stated in that quote, and is subject to the plot still being available when you accept it.

Where this site describes what is physically on the ground at a location, access roads, electricity, demarcation, that description reflects the position at the time of writing and can change. Confirm it on the ground, at the plot, before you commit.

This site contains general information about Ghanaian land law and the buying process, including references to the Land Act, 2020 (Act 1036) and other legislation. It is provided to help you ask better questions. It is general information, not legal advice, and it is not advice about whether any purchase is a suitable investment for you.

Statutes, fees, published timelines and administrative practice change. Confirm current requirements with the Lands Commission and instruct your own lawyer before you transact.

We encourage every buyer to run their own official search at the Lands Commission and to have their own lawyer review the documentation, and we will give you what you need in order to do it.

Nothing on this site removes that responsibility from you, and nothing on this site should be relied on as a substitute for your own search and your own legal advice.

We try to keep this site available and accurate, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or up to date at every moment. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it without notice.

To the extent permitted by Ghanaian law, we are not liable for loss arising from your reliance on general information published on this website, as distinct from terms we have given you in writing for a specific plot or a specific job.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

These terms and any dispute arising out of your use of this website are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana and subject to the jurisdiction of the Ghanaian courts.
