What we do with your information.
Short answer: this website does not track you, and we only hold what a land transaction actually requires. The long answer is below.

Who we are
BRIDGE INC. is a company registered in Ghana, dealing in land sales, serviced plots, land surveying, building construction, equipment rentals and building materials across Greater Accra.
For the purposes of the Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843), we are the data controller for the personal information described in this policy. You can reach us at hello@bridge-investments.example.com, on +44 (0)20 7946 0123, or by post at PO Box 100, London, W1A 1AA.
The short version
This website does not track you. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics, embeds no advertising pixels, and stores nothing in your browser. There is no contact form on this site that sends data to us, because there is no server behind it to receive one.
Everything below explains that in more detail, and covers what happens with your information once you actually get in touch with us and become a client.
When you are just browsing
The site is a set of static pages. Loading a page does not create an account, a profile or a record of you on our side.
Our hosting provider, like every web host, automatically processes the technical information your browser sends in order to deliver the page to you and to keep the service secure and available. That typically includes your IP address, the page requested, the time of the request, and your browser and device type.
We do not use that hosting data to build a profile of you, we do not combine it with anything else, and we do not sell or share it for marketing.
When you message us on WhatsApp
Most buttons on this site open WhatsApp with a message already written for you. Nothing is sent at that moment, the message sits in your own WhatsApp until you press send, and you can edit or delete it first.
When you do send it, you are messaging us through WhatsApp, which is operated by Meta and governed by its own terms and privacy policy, not by ours. We receive the phone number you message from, your WhatsApp profile name, and whatever you choose to tell us.
The planners on our How to buy and Contact pages work entirely inside your browser. The figures and details you type are used to compose the message text and are never transmitted to us until you send that message yourself.
What we collect when you deal with us
Once you are enquiring seriously, buying, or engaging us for a survey, a build, plant hire or materials, we collect what the transaction actually requires.
- Your name, phone number and email address, so we can respond and keep a record of what was agreed
- The location, plot and services you are interested in
- For a purchase: the identification and address details needed to prepare an indenture and to lodge documents with the Lands Commission
- Payment references and receipts, which we are obliged to keep
- The correspondence between us, including WhatsApp messages, so that what was promised can be checked later by either side
Why we hold it, and on what basis
We process your information to answer your enquiry, to perform the contract between us, to prepare and register land documentation, to meet our legal and tax obligations, and to defend or bring a claim if a dispute arises about a transaction.
We do not send marketing to people who have not asked for it. If we ever do send you something promotional, it will be because you asked us to, and every message will carry a way to stop it.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead anywhere are kept only as long as they are useful and then deleted.
Records connected to a land transaction are kept for as long as we are legally required to keep them, and for as long as they may be needed to prove what was agreed. Land disputes in Ghana surface years after a sale, and the file that protects you is the same file that protects us.
How we protect it
We keep your information on access-controlled devices and accounts, we limit who inside the company can see transaction files, and we do not ask you to send identification documents or payment details to any channel other than the ones we have confirmed with you directly.
Please note: we will never ask you to send money to a personal account on the strength of a message alone. If you receive a payment instruction that claims to be from us, call one of the numbers published on this site and confirm it before you pay anything.
Your rights
Under the Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843) you have the right to ask us what personal information we hold about you, to have inaccurate information corrected, to ask us to delete information we no longer have a reason to keep, and to object to processing in certain circumstances.
To exercise any of these, write to hello@bridge-investments.example.com and tell us what you want. We will respond within a reasonable period and we will not charge you for a straightforward request.
If you are not satisfied with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Data Protection Commission of Ghana.
Children
This site is aimed at adults transacting in land and construction. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
This policy was last updated on 2 August 2026. If we change it we will update the date at the top of this page, and where the change is significant we will say so on the page rather than quietly amending the text.
A note on the photography
Photographs and videos on this website are for representative purposes only. They illustrate the type of land, work and construction we deal in, and are not necessarily images of a specific plot offered for sale. We will show you the actual plot on the ground before you buy.

If something here is unclear, or you want to know exactly what we hold about you, message us and we will tell you straight.
