01 What you get

Anybody can promise professional and reliable. These are the four things you can hold us to on this job, and the four things worth asking any other company to name before you pay them.
Cement
Bagged cement by the tonne or by the bag.
Iron rods
Reinforcement bar in the common gauges, cut and bent on request.
Aggregates and the rest
Sand, chippings and the other consumables a site burns through. Ask and we will quote.
Request a price list
Tell us the scope and the location. What comes back is a written figure, not a range you have to negotiate against later.
02 How it works
The order things happen in. Nothing starts before it is agreed.
Scope first, price second, work third. If a stage cannot be done properly we say so before it starts, not after it has been paid for.

04 What we supply
No printed price list. Here is the honest reason.
Cement moves with the exchange rate and with the factory gate. Iron rods move with the world steel price. A sheet printed in March is wrong by May, and the first person a stale figure misleads is whoever budgeted a foundation off it. So we quote per unit on the day, in writing, and we tell you how long the quote holds.

Send the bill of quantities instead of a list and we will price it line by line. Delivery is quoted separately from the material, so you can see which one you are actually paying for.
