A plot you have stood on
We take you to the land before money changes hands. If we cannot show it to you, we do not sell it to you.
We sell plots across seven locations in Greater Accra. Every plot is pegged on the ground, tied to a site plan, and handed over with a document pack, not a promise that documents are coming.
Anybody can promise professional and reliable. These are the four things you can hold us to on this job, and the four things worth asking any other company to name before you pay them.
We take you to the land before money changes hands. If we cannot show it to you, we do not sell it to you.
Prepared by our own survey team, with the plot dimensions and bearings written down.
The conveyance document that transfers the interest to you, ready for stamping and registration.
We tell you exactly what to search for at the Lands Commission, and we expect you to go and do it.
Tell us the scope and the location. What comes back is a written figure, not a range you have to negotiate against later.
Scope first, price second, work third. If a stage cannot be done properly we say so before it starts, not after it has been paid for.
Tell us the location, your budget and whether you are buying to build or to hold. You get sizes and prices back in writing.
We meet you at the site. You see the pillars, the access road and the neighbours. Saturdays are our inspection days.
You take the details and run your own search. Anyone who discourages you from doing this is not selling you land, they are selling you a story.
Pay a deposit and agree the instalment schedule in writing. Every payment gets a receipt.
On completion you receive the document pack and we hand over the plot on site.
Most companies sell the land and wave goodbye, which is how buyers end up managing four strangers on one site. Everything below happens under the same roof, on the same plot, with the same people answering the phone.
The same purchase, with the access road and the electricity already at the boundary.
Before anything is built, the boundary and the levels are picked up and drawn.
Substructure, superstructure and finishing, reported stage by stage.
When a week of backhoe is what the job needs, you hire it instead of buying it.
Blocks, cement and iron rods, bought on the same line we buy our own on.
Access road and electricity already run to the boundary.
Site plans, boundary re-establishment and cadastral work by our own team.
From foundation to finish, on your plot or on ours.
Backhoes, rollers, generators and boom lifts, by the day or the week.
Blocks, cement and iron rods, wholesale and retail, delivered.
Tell us the location and the scope and we will price it in writing, usually the same day. If we are not the right people for the job, we will tell you that instead of quoting for it.
