A university town. Which means tenants, not just neighbours.
Miotso is built around Central University’s main campus. For a buyer thinking past their own front door, a university at the end of the road is a rental market that renews itself every academic year.
Sizes and prices are quoted per plot, in writing, usually the same day. We do not publish a figure here, because land prices in Greater Accra move and a stale number helps nobody.
Why Miotso. And what you are actually buying.
- 01
Central University campus anchors the town
- 02
Student and staff housing demand is structural, not seasonal
- 03
On the Dawhenya–Prampram axis with tarred approach roads
- 04
Strong case for a hostel or two-bedroom rental build
What is on the ground today. Not what is planned.
-
Accessible year-round
-
Surrounding development driven by the campus
-
Plots demarcated and documented before sale
That is what exists at Miotso right now, not a promise about next year. We would rather take you there on a Saturday and let you look at the access road than describe it to you in a paragraph.
Unserviced
Miotso is not sold to you as serviced. Ask us on WhatsApp exactly what reaches the specific plot, road, power, water, so infrastructure is in your budget from the first day and not a surprise at foundation stage.
Look at it here. Then come and look at it properly.
The paperwork for a plot at Miotso, named document by document.
A company that cannot name these has probably never handed one over. Every plot we sell at this location comes with the same five.
- 01
Site plan
A surveyed drawing showing the plot’s dimensions, bearings and coordinates. Prepared by a licensed surveyor. This is the document that proves which piece of ground is yours.
- 02
Indenture / Deed of Assignment
The conveyance document that transfers the interest in the land to your name. It should carry the correct parties, the correct plot and the site plan attached.
- 03
Official search at the Lands Commission
A search tells you what the public record says about the land, the registered interest and any encumbrance on it. Do it yourself, or through your own lawyer. We will give you everything you need to run it.
- 04
Stamping and registration
Your document is stamped and lodged for registration so your interest appears on the record. Unregistered paper protects nobody.
- 05
Receipts for every payment
Every cedi, on paper, in your name. Including deposits and instalments.
Take it to your own lawyer, or run the search at the Lands Commission yourself. We expect you to.
If it is not Miotso, one of these six might be.
Come and stand on it. Saturday is inspection day.
Tell us you want to see Miotso and we will confirm a time and a meeting point. Bring somebody who asks hard questions.
