A land seller, a surveyor, a builder, a plant hire firm and a materials supplier is five contracts and five phone numbers. Every one of them can blame the other four, and none of them is standing on your plot the next morning explaining the delay.
When the setting out is wrong, the surveyor says the drawing was right and the contractor says the pillars were wrong, and the month you lose is yours. Our surveyor, our crew, our plant. There is nobody left for us to point at.
A company that only sells land never finds out whether you could build on what it sold you. We do, often on the same plot, for the same buyer, a year later. That is a commercial reason to give you an access road a tipper truck can use and a site plan that matches the pillars.
The blocks, cement and iron rods are the ones we buy for our own sites. The backhoe, the roller and the gensets on the hire list are the machines our crews run. You get the same supply line, quoted per unit in writing rather than per conversation.
None of this is a bundle. Plenty of buyers take a plot and never call us again, and plenty of contractors hire the roller having never bought land from us. Both are normal.
Every one of these is a business we run for ourselves first. That is the only reason we can offer it to you at all, and the reason we can be held to it.

We sell plots across seven locations in Greater Accra. Every plot is pegged on the ground, tied to a site plan, and handed over with a document pack, not a promise that documents are coming.

A serviced plot is one you can start building on without first building the infrastructure. Our serviced plots come with vehicle access to the boundary and electricity infrastructure run to the site.

We keep surveyors in-house because we need them for our own land. That means we can also survey yours, whether you bought from us or not.

We build houses, and we build them for people who are often not standing there while it happens. That shapes how we work: staged payments, photographic reporting and a schedule you can hold us to.

The plant we run on our own sites is available to other contractors when it is idle. Operator, fuel and mobilisation quoted up front so the rate you are given is the rate you pay.

We buy materials at contractor volumes for our own sites. You get the same supply line, delivered to your plot, at prices quoted per unit rather than per conversation.
